Who is responsible

What this website collects
This website has no forms, no user accounts, no advertising pixels and no analytics or tracking cookies. It does not ask you for personal information. Listing photos on some pages load from the image server of his main website (iAgent Solutions), which receives the same technical information described below.
Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) whose servers automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may process this information outside Canada, including in the United States.
When you contact him
If you call, text or email, the information you share, such as your name, contact details and what you are looking for, is used to respond to you and to provide the real estate services you ask about. It may be shared with his brokerage, RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., where needed to provide those services or to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements. It is not sold.
He will only send you ongoing marketing messages, such as newsletters or listing alerts, if you agree to receive them, and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe.
The enquiry form and other tools on his main website, manjindersingh.com, are operated by a separate provider and are covered by that website’s own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information he holds about you, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing msingh790@rogers.com. Some information may need to be kept for a period after a transaction to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
If you have a concern, please raise it with him first. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
